In my capstone project, I explored the environmental impact of coffee production, driven by my passion for coffee and concern for climate change. Recognizing a significant gap in consumer awareness about the ecological consequences of coffee cultivation, I aimed to prioritize sustainability in my future coffee business. My goal was to connect with environmentally-conscious coffee enthusiasts and educate them on the importance of sustainable practices. By addressing the lack of transparency in coffee production and focusing on eco-friendly solutions, I sought to make a meaningful impact on both the coffee industry and consumer behavior.
